CEO of small company (Sysmed Inc.) involved in the development of high gradient small electrostatic accelerators. CFO of small company (Spectrameasure Inc.) involved in medical instrumentation for pulmonary function analysis. Collaboration in extending the solar work of the Birmingham UK BISON organization to measurements of stellar properties. Collaboration with the PET group at the Mayo Clinic Rochester Minn on developing novel PET isotope complexes.

Research Areas: Design and construction of nuclear accelerator facilities and their associated experimental equipment. The experimental measurement of the velocities of stars to better than 1 meter/second precision. The experimental study of the role of heavy cations in [Research Group Web Page]

Current Research

At the present time I am interested in studying the role of heavy ions in the contractile process of muscle cells, and in the chaotic behaviour of stimulated brain tissue. Over the long term I am working on the measurement of electron neutrino mass by beta endpoint energy measurement.
